Cityscmurrieta offers civil engineering consulting focused on urban drainage, stormwater management, and topographical profiling. Our work includes stormwater run-off modeling, design of gravity-fed trench networks, and high-precision terrain elevation mapping using optical total stations. We do not represent any municipal government office, travel guide, or local community news service.
You agree to provide accurate project information and site access as needed for our engineering assessments. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from local authorities before implementing our designs. Misrepresentation of site conditions or project scope may void our liability.
Our engineering recommendations are based on data provided and site conditions observed at the time of survey. We are not liable for damages resulting from unanticipated soil shifts, extreme weather events beyond the design storm frequency, or modifications made to our designs without written approval. Our total liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific project phase in question.
All reports, drawings, models, and data produced by Cityscmurrieta remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the intended project. You may not redistribute or resell our work without written consent.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you are billed for work completed up to the notice date. We reserve the right to refuse service if site conditions or project requirements fall outside our technical scope.
